Byron Williams is the owner and operator of his protection service that operates 24hrs, internationally. This company provides professional Body Guards and or certified armed protection officers with a choice of services. Williams services concerts, events, judges, attorneys, employees, management, night clubs, V.I.P. clients, and also accompany tours domestic and abroad, and  lastly protection consultations.

THE BUSINESS MAN

The public commonly perceives bodyguards as "big goons", or "dumb Jocks" who lack basic intellect. Although Williams is 6'8" and tips the scales at more than 300 pounds, he is no dummy. Both his academic achievement and his business acumen, clearly demonstrate the brains and brawn. Williams, is a 1992 graduate of Olivet College, a four-year liberal arts college located in Olivet, Michigan, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Williams is also the founder and President of three existing companies: Manage Me Productions, L.L.C., an entertainment company, Big Willz Records, a record label and subsidiary of Manage Me Productions, L.L.C. and Armed Executive Services, a Protection company.


TRAINED PROTECTION SPECIALIST

Another assumption regarding celebrity bodyguards is the notion that they attained their position based upon personal relationships with an artist (i.e. a family member, childhood friend or member of an entourage) and lack formal security training or expertise. Not so with Williams, who had eight years experience in personal security at the time he was approached to provide protection services for Eminem. In addition to serving as personal security guard to Eminem, Williams had provided security services in Detroit area for some of the rap and hip-hop music's elite including Mary J. Blige, The Ohio Players, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Snoop Dogg, Too Short, Melinda Williams AKA "Bird" on the series Soul Food, WNBA, The Honorable Michigan State Rep.

• Semi-automatic rifle and certification by Valley Guard Training in Van Nuys, California (Training facility for California Highway Patrol);

• Tear gas/ ASP baton training:

2006 Provided Protection for the Billionaire Family, "The Manoogians". Also served as Bodyguard for the son of CFO Steven Silverman, Trump Enterprises. Lastly, Williams served as protection for Multiplatinum Recording Artist G-UNIT/ Lloyd Banks.

2007 Mega Millions Winner T. Burns, continual contract w/ the T-Mobile Corporation.  Major Gospel Recording Artist "The Mighty Clouds of Joy" and The Williams Brothers.

Executive Protection Proposal

Armed Executive Services

This private security firm has 16 years of experience, specializing in providing quality
Executive Protection Services for politicians, corporate heads, property manager, apartment tenants, concerts, events, civilians and members of the entertainment industry.

A. Objectives:

(1) To provide a secure environment during events, and hopefully all future events.
(2) Collaborate with your company to give your clientele a safe environment.
(3) Protect your clients, before, during and after all events by enforcing ordinances.
(4) Also provide Armed Escorts for client at public and private events.
(5) Chauffer client by way of AES to and from destination, if requested.

B. Strategies:

(1) Build report with the clientele by showing respect and gaining respect.
(2) Work closely with your Company and fulfill all expectations on how the event is to be started and concluded without jeopardizing company creed.
(3) Produce a safe environment by enforcing a zero tolerance to violence or blatant disrespect for all event clientele.
(4) Armed Executive Services will provide protection at every exit and high traffic area during your event. Also we provide bodyguards, as a shield against would be problems.
(5) We will also have protection officers available to float about your event or location.
(6) Williams will not subject its officers to extreme situations or issues beyond its duty. A mutual guideline will be discussed with Company.

C. Outcomes:
(1) Provide clientele with a safe haven to relax.
(2) Develop a long-term business relationship with your company.
(3) Satisfied clientele that will appreciate safety.
(4) Maintain confidentiality of client's business tactics and personal issues.



D. Technique:

(1) Use protection personnel in accordance to rank.

(2) Our limited off-duty police officers are the first line of defense usually placed appropriately. The officers usually serves as a buffer to the public, also serving as information men based on what client wants public to know.

(3) Armed protection officers will handle all conflicts in the appropriate manner.

(4) In the event of escalation, beyond normal security control, the off-duty police officers supervise the situation as civil servants.

E.  Protection Cost/ Chauffer Cost:

Rates For Executive Protection Officers: $45.00 per hour  for all Licensed CCW and Certified armed officers for personal one on one protection.

  All quotes are non-negotiable. All protection details are a 4hr minimum.

In addition, we provide (optional) Airport pickup and drop-off service by AES at $75 per person or $125.00 for two persons, and $150 for three.  

              

Majority of the protection personnel are Private Investigators, Police Officers, Retired Police Officers, Security Specialist, and licensed armed Bodyguards male and female. We only provide the best in tactical skill, character, size, and judgment. We require 50% of fee in cash, certified check ,money order , 72 hrs before event, non refundable.  The remaining 50% is due on time of detail.

AES Rules:  AES will not assist client in soliciting any illegal activity.  Also, no smoking in AES vehicle.    Client agrees not to transport any illegal drugs, contraband and weapons during our tenure.
